Kyle Cyclery offers pick-up, delivery and on-site service, the associated costs are listed below:
Free - Kyle / Buda
$10 - Wimberley / Driftwood
$15 - San Marcos, South Austin (addresses South of Slaughter) and West of 35
$50 - Bastrop, Lockhart, New Braunfels, Dripping Springs
A general $75 service charge applies to most other areas within 1-hour our location in Kyle. Service charges can vary slightly based on your exact location, we also cut your fee in 1/2 when your bill exceeds $75 and waive the fee's when your service bill exceeds $150

We can perform some services at your location, this decision is only made once we fully understand the total scope of work to be performed. All pick-up and delivery is by appointment only. You can book an appointment by clicking here.

What to expect when we come to you?
Your appointment will be confirmed by your choice of contact method.
When we are headed your way we will give you a heads up so you know approximately when to expect us.
For pick-up, there are two options:
  • Upon arrival you have the option to meet us outside (at the curb or garage).
  • You could also notify us of where the bicycle is and we will collect it.
For delivery, the options are:
  • Meet us outside upon arrival
  • Notify us of where the bicycle should be left and we will take a photo once it's in the designated area
For on-site service:
  • Most basic services can be performed at your location, for complex repairs we much prefer to have all the resources our physical location provides.
  • On-site service has a minimum fee of $75, this does not include the fee's associated with coming to your location but may be a combination of labor and parts or accessories. 
Generally speaking we prefer to not enter your home or your yard for any service. We do understand that with items like exercise bikes the only real option is to service it where it is used, in these instances we ask that your pets are kept away from us while working and that the area we are performing work is accessible and tidy.
How do we collect payment?
We use Square for all of our payment processing, we are able to provide you an invoice via email, this allows you to click a link and securely pay online, we are also able to accept chip or tap payments in person when work is completed or your bicycle is dropped off. We can always accept cash but we do no carry change to appointments. We do not accept checks.
Bicycle purchases usually meet or exceed our delivery minimum and must be paid in full via emailed invoice before delivery will occur.
Don't forget!
If you're buying a new bike you might also want a water bottle cage, a computer, gloves, a different saddle or a helmet, just let us know and we will bring some options with us and install them at delivery, these additional items can be paid for on-site.
